Interview process was streamline and easy.
"Seniors" should be paid for the higher duties. Seniors are expected to shut shop, monitor shift and staff with no pay to reflect these tasks.
I am no medication since working there due to the treatment so nothing about the culture is good and we are left with no executive or HR back up. This is my last try to get help.
Subway executive need to read the complaints on social media & other places about the treatment of staff & so something. No adult would work in these conditions, its workplace harassments on minors. Stop management employing family etc as it makes an inequitable work environment
Never see or speak with store owner or above, there seems no monitoring of managers. Store manager abuses staff with customers in ear shot. Managers punish with hours if parents or workers try to ensure rights. Management team need a lot of training. No employing family etc policy enforced
Feel like I am not alone. I feel I would be extremely depressed due to the way I am treated by management it is wasn't for them. Although it's difficult when the shop managers daughter works there too. We have to make up for her when she leaves for "stress breaks" & takes days off.
