I only have 1 problem with the subway I work at. I feel graveyard shift should be aloud to carry a firearm due to our store being robbed multiple times last year

I didn't really have a traditional interview I walked in and was hired
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel graveyard should get a little more per hour due to working over night. also I feel tips from customers paying with cards should only be split with the employees on shift when the tips are received not all employees
