There was a lot a favoritism and poor behavior from my manager and the daughter that works with her. Even after I quit I am still being harassed by them and it has been several months. It's greatly impacted my mental health.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To not hire people who do not value the company
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Nothing really I had a great interveiw with the original management when I started
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's mice and the teenagers that worked with me had very poor work ethic and health morals
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not favoriting their daughter. Or refusing to help during a rush. And takkng care of the mice problem.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They could stop taking such frequent smoke breaks and sitting down doing nothing just because they have been there longer and I was new
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes felt extremely undervalued. I worked vonstant 10 hour shifts. And they even messed up my W2 paperwork and I now have to fix that. The subway needs new management.
