I dread going into work everytime and i hate getting calls from other employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
what leadership? There isn't one.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to learn how to actually do their job correctly instead of calling me in or having me do everything for them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being treated with respect and having employees understand that I have my days off for a reason and that my days off are NOT an option for them.
