We learn to work around the constant comflict and undervaluing we endure with positive attitudes

Managing a better store, speaking to employees with respect, taking illegal matters seriously, providing a safe work environment

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was positive and upbeat, we agreeed upon a fair wage and the the hiring manager was very accomidating

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not.paid fairly, not respected, conflicting not being addressed properly, it would be nice to be paid the wage agreed upon

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The store is neglected by the owner, they never properly fix anything, we are constantly out of product. The owner should take more responsibility and fix things permanentlybamd stop bamdaging the issue. Take employee complaims seriously amd proper ordering
