Not stealing my tips while im not looking
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager stole my tips from me, and when I asked the owner to fix the situation, he said he'd check the cameras and then fired me when he realized his friend, the manager, was stealing my tips while he made me go in the back and do dishes.
