
Giving an employee the actual package and explaining them their guidelines and rules
Hiring packages, management , communication, paying in time paying their employees with out stealing tips/money
Theres really nothing good about my work place they are unprofessional if theres any issues no one is there
Better communication with employees. Professionalism, a leader that actually knows what they are doing and how to do it
When i was hired i wasnt sent an hr package letting us know the rules and guidelines to their company. I was also not told that we have to work a full month before we see 2 weeks worth of pay. We would get tips on the card but never was to received them as not being pay over time.
