
Days when the manager doesn't come in
Our regular customers make the day bearable. Outside of work? The coworkers hang out and enjoy each other's company. Inside the doors of our store we just want to do our jobs and get out of there. My store and the management DESPERATELY NEED AN INTERVENTION.
Coming from a former store manager, they all need to stop gossiping and acting like children. They need to get on the same page and treat their employees with human respect and decency. And so much more. I could literally go on and on if there was room......
Most of the people are fantastic! Wonderful great people. The manager and her boss are the worst gossips ever. I'm on here hoping someone sees this because I have no assistance or resources here to get these issues resolved. These grown women are worse than anything I encountered in high school! ...
Genuine gratefulness and appreciation goes a long way. More money would be nice for those who deserve it. The hard and dedicated workers deserve more pay than the ones who do the bare minimum (if that). Especially when all the nearby restaurants wages start at what we are told we max at! Etc...
