Be more prepared. It was off the hook and frantic.

It's very human. They understand the flaws are with the higher-ups and not them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm just not a talkative person. I often get frustrated when they do which makes the whole situation worse.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
10.50 is extremely low for the amount of work you do. It's tiring, repetitive, and you can find better pay somewhere easier.
