It's terrible to say the least we have our manager and another employee who both will go to the back and leave me to deal with the customers because they don't want to deal with then and it get very irritating when there found nothing and you and but u have to stop to help someone they don't want to

Helping with all the customers

Everyone helping everyone and then it would be a much happier place

Need to improve there social skills and actually do there job of helping customers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be better if everyone helped out and not leave 1 person to help customers
