It was bad the manger has favourite and of I do something it wrong but if her best friend does it it's nothing

I feel unvalued because my manger treats people different she picks part the smallest things that I do that is so irrelevant and unnoticeable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The manger should not have unreasonable rules and make us do things thst doesn't require our attention. And should treat everyone with respect and treat all the workers with equality

I tried so much and I tried to make it work and i tried over and over. I also try to go with it and try to make it work and try to follow my mangers unreasonable rules that none of the other subway has
