Its completely terrible. My boss and dm dont do anything, they promised mena positin snd have lost all of my paperwork, they didnt fire or do anything with the person who tried to sexually harass me. Not to mention im pregnant and dont get breaks. Its completely unprofessional

If they actually interviewed instead of hiring friends or dealers

The customers, especially when jm having s bad day due to coworkers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being able to manage people and actually know how to operate a business.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers need to listen and be listened to. One instance, our coworker does nothing. Always late, takes breaks 24/7, leaves to go to the dispensary. We all neeed to be better at cleaning, staying on tol of store tasks, and being sble to be managed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They promised me team lead, did all the testing snd all of the paperwork to become that. My dm lost my paperwork and ssid "oh, i just dont know" after my mansger told me i was getting jt along with pay raise. I did all the work, im treated like it.
