I don't know the store number cuz I haven't been there long enough but in Killeen Texas on Southwest WS Young Drive oh, this location the manager cut my hours for calling in about my pet passing away. The store failed Health inspections and blame was put on employees when management was responsible

I need proper management to direct them

Management performance is severely lacking

Giving hope that I would have a steady job which would later be lost due to poor management
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My hours were cut due to a new manager coming in and wanting to change the store around however there was no accountability held
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if my hours were not cut for calling in due to only two call ins one involving my infant daughter and another involving the death of my support animal
