Not all that great. Hours seem to be stolen from me honestly. Paychecks seem to be semi short. Feel like I'm a burden just because I'm pregnant.
What makes you most happy at work?
Be able to go home afterwards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my coworkers, all very sweet kids exepct for my manager.
What did you like most about the interview process?
With an old manager that no longer works with us, it was nice having my schedules and my needs met. Now that is not really the case.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Like said previously, hours seem to be conviently not put on my paychecks and I feel like a burden just because I am pregnant. Breaks aren't given to me that often. I sit when I can. So having more hours with those hours reflected on my paycheck would be nice.
