I had issues with boundaries with some of if not all my co-workers as they were talking inappropriate or too touchy and the managers brother kept making me feel uncomfortable or even threatened me at one point. I am actively searching for another job. otherwise i enjoyed working there.
What did you like most about the interview process?
i didnt have an interview, i was hired on the spot.
What are some of the best things about your team?
not much. those of that can work together are good at working together. thats it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
better handle customers inquiries and tell them the way thats correct and solve their issue.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
there was a huge miscommunication with how leadership[ worked and was applied as the managers brother thought and told everyone he was the assistant manager. he trained poorly as he hovered and made comments about how the task was performed instead of being constructive he put the person down n rude
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
help when everyone is working to close the store instead of when we are all done and clocked out standing around getting paid for doing nothing but standing around and tell us how one stayed so late to finish what was left and not done good enough when it wasnt the case at all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i work to the best of my ability and perform tasks above my pay grade as well as do the most for the least when i get no complaint and handle every situation better than the person with more experience. i had not gotten all my pay for the hours works and am still waiting for it to be applied.
