There was no leadership everyone was the same position
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Working as a team instead of doing things to try to get people in trouble

They seemed desperate and had me work the same day as the interview which now that i look back on was a red flag
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need leadership and the owner needs to take her buisness more serious it very run down. Ive seen ither subways in the same town i live in that make that one look very out of date
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because 13$ an hour is not gonna do it with how the country is right now it makes people look away from the job .. i think the job would be more fit for a highschooler even then i dont think a highschooler would even work there unless they didnt know better
