They need to communicate with each other, act professional and treat co workers with respect and treat them like their part of the crew too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well up until recently my boss Bailey was always super positive and supportive of all his staff he truly made me feel like part of the crew .
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to hire people who will actually show up and not call out everyday or do a no call no show so that it won’t fall on their co workers
