Everyone is very nice, we have become friends.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They have high standards for their future employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They refuse to except that we are understaffed, stay open on unprofitable holidays, and expect all employees (none of us are full-time) to be ready and willing to over 40 hours a week without compensation. It would be better if we were being payed for overtime, and received holiday pay.
