The hiring manager was nice and easy to understand, and the conversation was comfortably paced.
The people I work with are genuine and hard-working people. They're trying their best and are full of useful information in regards to how to most optimally perform the tasks of the job. They're also patient and understanding when things don't go according to plan.
I like that Angel is easy to talk to and that she recognizes when we do good work. It really boosts morale, and the fact that she is patient is a huge boon. The learning curve is different for everyone, and she's really respectful of that.
That most of the prep process is standardized. I think there's room for more standardization to save product and take guesswork out of performing, like nationwide silicone boat usage for the meat portions, and laying meat &cheese in certain ways for easy distribution, that'd make me even happier.
I firmly believe any job that doesn't offer Medical, Mental, Dental, and Optomological coverage from day 1 has poor benefits. These are facets that are important for every human to perform at their best, and if you want quality performing and complacently conforming workers, you'd take care of them.
