It's a job that people think they are above but probably could not handle. Fast pace, cleaning and customer service weekend hours too. Owners are under horrible corporate control. I might complain about it but I enjoy working for my franchise owner

Public interaction and being able to reach out to my boss and get a quick response and a kind attitude
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Making more than a dollar more than highschool kids with no experience or work ethic. Responsible for much more not allowed to decide who gets hired or scheduled.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People need to understand that the prices are reflective of the current situation in post COVID times and franchise owners and employees are not always to blame. Corporate control is and supply shortages, inflation, cost of goods, gas, electricity, expensive required regulations and labor are factor
