What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My manager never helps with the training of a new employer so a lot of the times I am left doing all the work alone because I have to train and do my part of the work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

At my subway, i am constantly being called in for work even when I have a day off. Whenever there are new employers I am the one to train them, while I try to get my own work done.
