Owner needs better ethics towards customers and empolyees
What did you like most about the interview process?
I filled out the application amd was hired without him even looking over it
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my crew members are amazing but none of them stay very long .. We are constantly training new people
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better customer service from our owner.more than 1 or 2 uniform shirts within 6 months.basic cleaning supplies like white rags.more training time ..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a nightshift closer I have worked at this store on and off for 3 yrs.in January this yr I will be making 5 cents above min.wage...we have never recieved evaluation ..and I quit and a yr and half ago becuase I waited 2 montjs for a raise.then my owner did not want to give back pay...
