My overall experience was filled with being treated with disrespect. I worked at the Porter location and the general manager was rude, prejudice, unprofessional, and gave me attitude when I would ask questions that I felt were needed to help me develop. Overall not an enjoyable experience.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Embrace people from other backgrounds instead of just mexican.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To stop gossiping and making everything feel like highschool. If the general manager does not like me, I should not hear that out of employees mouth's. It was very unprofessional.
