Coworkers weren't the issue, it was the manager/franchisee

Talking to employees like humans, we were treated like garbage. communication was extremely lacking
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was a keyholder and a closer, and i had only gotten one raise from minimum wage to 9 dollars. but they kept making the job harder without giving me anymore benefits
