My coworkers are useless. I don't understand how a high school degree compares to a BA in business.

Send leadership to school and educate them not only on what their job is, but how to treat their employees as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe subway needs to be ran by people with actual business experience and education instead of people who applied for a business license and got lucky.
