The store represents health and living well.

Being able to leave with tips, hopefully.

Having the same daily system for every individual store.

Cut off the weak-links after one month, if unable to adequately complete the simple work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay or receive benefits. I get paid enough to just live check to check, at best.
