My overall experience? Well overall its just one of the worse joba ever, with no appreciation, no help at all, no coworkers that actually do there job, if i didnt need this job i would not be here, it is very stressful and i believe it will never get better as long as its going the way its going
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Maybe a better manager and a owner who doesnt let a tyrant manager scare and torment everyone and also for the owner to appreciate the workers that actually do there job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Well i was interviewed by the previous owner and not the current owner, but i liked that he was down to earth and not just saying stuff just for small talk
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to do there job and not put everything on night crew and to grow up, stop gossiping and telling lies to get there way. And we work together better by working as a actual team ans not trying to get over on the next person
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything is wrong, the environment is very hostile and aggravating. As a worker who actually works, its always a nightmare going to work knowing that nothing is done and that i have to pick up EVERYONE'S SLACK.. It can be improved if everyone took accountability and actually did there job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because i do most of the work and nobody seems to care about there job and when i complain to the owner he does absolutely nothing to change it. And the manager is very rude to the workers and to rhe customers, she is very disrespectful and if u say anything about she cuts hours.
