I've been with them a little over a year I'm a hard worker but I didn't get a raise after I hit my year and the pay I got at another location after transferring seamed to have my hrs cut because they didn't like my pay

Listen to the team when issues come up instead of making employees just deal with it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It seemed the more money you are granted the less hours you work making it harder to get ahead
