I have had hours taken off my time card by manager after she decided she wanted to keep laborndown.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The DM at the time made sure I knew about my break and how to improve in the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having everyone be stressed out at the manager for making people stay late and then taking hours off the time card
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have been able to run the store for about 2 months without having an active manager tellingbis how to do our jobs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Have had to work from 9-4 alone without a break so making sure managers put atleast two people in the shop at all times.
