Started out okay however it seems as if the owner doesn't really care about anything but her profit margin we generate 1k-1800$ per day and are limited to 1k$ on our weekly order(she randomly removes items from orders) this is not good mngmnt it's greed at the expense of employees and customers

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get this owner in line with corporate policies, which are mostly ignored, it does not bode well for employee morale when the owner is more concerned with her vacation than the health and safety of her customers
