Terrible ; Out of the several subways I've worked for this one is the worst there is no communication, no value, no regulation, no respect and constant lies from management

The locals and customers that come in are generally nice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor management, poor communication, and allowing of fellow sandwich artist to run shop with no experience.
