What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything! There is no I in the word TEAM & that's what management & the owner lack
What are some of the best things about your team?
Unlike the owners & the "night crew" we can work as a team & as long as the manager isn't working our line then everything is smooth sailing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am constantly getting corrected when I've been working for Subway longer than these new owners have been owning one much less the 5 they own yet I'm the only employee that can pass an inspection when the inspector comes every month. It's just frustrating
