The best part about the team is having someone who can do any tasks that need done while others are busy with customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
When customers offer understanding and realize that there's more to it than they see. When the boss gripes that there's too much waste, but it gets busier than usual, we don't always have everything ready.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to work on properly scheduling so it's fair to employees who can't work at certain times. I agreed to work from ten a.m. to close, but they would schedule me at nine. I had to ride with my family member who also had to work, so I just couldn't be there.
