We don't really have any benefits..but I work at Subway so I wasn't planning it as a career.

Coworkers positive attitude makes working enjoyable. Any job can be bad or great depending on the people around you

The coworkers are kind and work hard. Their workload depends on each other so they try to share the load equally
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Oh at my store there is no leadership. I saw my manager when I was hired and the rest was whoever I worked with.
