there needs to be more staff, better pay, and better communication among upper management and staff members

there is no insurance, no good benefits. i dont get many hours and the pay is ridiculously insulting.

there is nothing really positive. there is so much drama and laziness that it makes it difficult to enjoy my time there

everything is wrong! we need people that actually care to work and we need management that is actually around and willing to listen!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
it would be helpful if people actually came to work and that we hired people who actually want to work. i cant stand lazy people
