What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making sure that the managers do not have a bias towards certain staff members. In the store that I work in the manager and supervisor never work weekends, and then the 'favourite' staff members get better hours than everyone else. It's completely unfair and an awful company to work for.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The managers and supervisors need to be restrained completely and the area managers need to make sure that what is going on in the stores is up to standard because it definitely isn't, the manager just makes sure it is all okay when we know eval or our regional manager is coming.
