I enjoy that the team is on top of scheduling
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I owners not over stressing money. They wouldn't under staff, nit pick about 6 olives on a foot long and ect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I over work compared to other team mates that are on phones and would think franchise employers should notice and give raises more often/ as even an option.
