My coworkers are often inexperienced.

Making money. Seeing new people and talking to new faces.

The only positive thing about the culture at the workplace is the values.

The only thing I like about my leadership team is their quick reaponses to any questions or concerns.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The boss was easy to talk to. She also knew my lld boss so that was a plus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued as an employee because their is no way to move up. And obviosly a raise would make me not only feel better but live a healthiee stress free life.
