My coworkers frequently are using their phones while clocked in and then I'm stuck getting customers and doing the dishes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are extremely underpaid. For the amount of work that we do we should be getting a greater salary. We should get bonuses if we sell an inordinate amount of sandwiches.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The managers in particlular are extremely unmotivated and get almost nothing done. They rely on the underpaid people underneath them to get all of the things which they should be doing done. It's absolutely, ridiculously asinine. It's not a bad job if you're working with the right people.
