It was horrible. disgrating, cheap, not clean, rude, unreliable, undependable, no where near the hours promised when hired and the worst is you are made to take online classes witj no incentive or reward and last but not least asked to stay longer after your shift is over for free and if you do not

They need to be more respectful and gratful with the employees who go above and beyound what the task are.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If the jiob was better and I got more pay and benefits and shown a lil appritation and gratitude for doing my job well and over exceding myself
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all honest, hard working, reliable, and all around great people to be aroud . I f it wasn't for myself and my team the subway would go out of business
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When the manager and owner leave and myself and the team can really get to work instead of being told we're not good employees with good financial status compared to otjher stores
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Subway will not hire full times employeees so they do not have to pay for the benefits. I wouldnfeel more valued if I was not talked down to and treted as if I was so lucky to work there and should show my gratitude 100% of the all of the time.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would actually speack to the potential hire and not yell accross the resturaunt about what everyone needs to be doin g and how they are all doing it wrong and then look at me ask if I have a car and can I be there on time I replied yes of course and I was hired. Did not fill out an app for 5 days
