I am/was an asst. Manager, for 5280 enterprise. I wasn't allowed to assist in counting inventory, my suggestions for team meeting were ignored, under utilized, no scheduling, or proper POS training to assist customers with catering orders, opening or closing paperwork.
A new district manager and CEO. Equal treatment, accountability , up to date training. Each shift is suppose to set up for the success of the next shift. Any shift is suppose to flow a certain way, eliminating "bottle necks" before and during rush to insure best possible success for the shift.
