It has been a very positive experience from the beginning. I started out with not as many hours as I wanted, but quickly got to the amount of hours needed. Everyone is friendly and hardworking for the most part and going to work is enjoyable.

We get along and have a good time while working. Most everyone does their part to make things run smoothly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued. I have a raise on the way. As long as you show up and work hard it is easy to get promoted.
