Subway is a good place to start if you are looking for some extra cash or a part-time gig. I certainly would not work at Subway as a career, but I will say that for an entry level position with no education requirements the pay wasn't so bad.

The team worked effectively to help cover shifts and rotate schedules as needed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get a new manager. She is absolutely pathetic both as a manager and a leader.

Hearing that I was offered the position and told that they would be flexible with the schedule.
