My coworkers and customer banter. Best part of the day is getting to know someone.

It was a family... Less and less it feels that way everyday, but it was that. We were like family.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Making sure there is order on every store starting with requiring a manager. I have none and it makes working there hell on Earth.
