
Facility cleanliness, increase of employee integrity, increase of food safety procedures, hiring skills need improvement by management, training skills need improvement by management and employees, respectful conversations from employee to employee improvement, and safety for staff improvement.
I would provide the future employee with a written or typed list of things that need to be done before the employee begins his or her job. I would provide the future employee with all of my contact information and availability. I would go over standard procedures and scheduling with them.
