I have been other going on 2 years now and the biggest issue is communication. The store is clean and customers are great. If I got paid more and other coworkers would do their jobs I'd love mine.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers that come in are great.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very casual and the people seemed nice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm just not being paid enough to actually survive paycheck to paycheck
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication skills and trained properly for both shifts. If we would all do our jobs correctly instead of leaving all the work for the next shift we would be ok.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I only make 9 dollars an hour to close the subway I work at, if you want to be full time you have to work 6 days a week, and there is no employee benefits. A thriving wage and employee benefits would make me feel a lot better.
