It's garbage, the manager lack leadership and communication as well as everyone else I work with. The training people receive is deplorable and no one is 100% active on the job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was swift, interviewer had very little questions due to my past experiences.

Communicating better and actually helping instead sitting in plain sight of the costumers on their phones.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having a team that would communicate what they want me to do to help instead of cutting all my hours and not explaining why.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I had my hours drastically cut because I wasn't doing something people wanted me to do but I wasn't asked/told to do it or ever was let known to do it. I want better communication and training in my workplace.
