I work mostly by myself or with another person, so it isn't too many people at once or any negative attitudes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because there are no benefits and the pay is barely above minimum wage. I would feel better if the starting pay was at least $10/hr.
