Fast and efficient as opposed to being clunky

Communication is good, we know what we want, and we get it done

Very quick and streamlined. I went in for an interview and was given the job on the spot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm paid a dollar more than minimum wage and haven't had the opportunity for a raise in a fair while.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the period an hour from close in which it's hectic and a rush to get things done on time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are on occasion miscommunication in regard to the corporate-manager relations in regard to communication to individual team members. However aside from that it's very good.
