Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have NO BENEFITS and I have been working 45 hour weeks. My manager says that I need to be more consistent to receive benefits even though my coworker only works 20 hour weeks and has benefits! I DON'T GET PAID ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH THIS!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership needs to stop being biased because of family relations! They need to hold EVERYONE to the same standard and stop trying to get rid of me because their family member does not like working with me because I make sure that they are not just sitting on their phone
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to get off of their phones, stop spreading rumors and attributing them to Me, and actually get some work done! The same person who is doing inside clients should not also have to balance drive-thru and online orders while the other person just rings the sandwiches up and takes credit
